Job summary

You will support store operations, coach sales associates, and ensure SOPs and brand standards are met while driving key sales KPIs and omni-channel service. This is a full-time, store-based role with responsibilities across the Knit & Sew Shop and event programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Strong customer service and coaching skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet sales KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee front-end operations, POS accuracy, and omni-channel order fulfillment (BOPIS/Same Day Delivery).
• Drive initiatives for Loyalty Rewards, protection plans, and store programs.
