Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to meet SOPs and company standards.
• Coach selling behaviors to drive customer satisfaction and conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations to support smooth transactions.
• Drive omni-channel services (BOPIS and Same Day Delivery) and timely order fulfillment.
• Support loyalty program enrollment and protect assets.
