Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Oversee floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Ensure effective use of POS and Self-Checkout systems during transactions.
• Oversee balloons, birthday parties, and in-store programs/events.
• Promote loyalty rewards programs to drive retention and repeat visits.
• Champion MCC/Extend services and protection plans for customers.
• Drive sales and omni-channel excellence in knit & sew shop and cut bar.
• Ensure efficient BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution.
• Support Custom Framing operations and frame shop coordination.
• Train and develop team through onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Partner in asset protection to reduce shrink.
