You will oversee front-end and service operations, coach the team on selling behaviors and brand standards, provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, and manage omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of company policies and standards and accountability for store conditions.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems and support transactions.
• Oversee events and specialty programs (Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, etc.).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program and Extend services to customers.
• Drive omni-channel service like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
