Responsibilities

• Lead and champion high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Coach and develop associates to meet sales KPIs and service standards.
• Ensure SOPs, policies, and brand standards are consistently executed.
• Oversee front-end and service operations for omni-channel execution.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership during shifts.
• Drive loyalty program enrollment and customer retention.
• Support protection plans and in-store service offerings.
• Train team on POS, Self-Checkout, and operational procedures.
• Maintain store conditions, asset protection, and safety.
