Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager for our Jacksonville store to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will champion the store's selling culture, oversee front-end operations, and drive loyalty program adoption while ensuring SOP compliance and strong KPI results.

The role requires proven leadership, coaching, and the ability to manage omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, with a focus on safety and asset protection.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach front-end and service operations to align with store standards.
• Drive selling culture and customer experience across all departments.
• Manage MOD coverage, POS and Self-Checkout operations, and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Promote loyalty programs and protection plans to boost retention and add-on sales.
• Oversee events and store programs (Balloons, Birthday parties, Knit & Sew Shop).
• Ensure asset protection and SOP adherence while achieving KPIs.
