Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager for our Little Rock, AR store. The role leads a high-performing selling culture, drives sales and delivers an engaging customer experience on the shop floor and service desks.

You will coach associates, manage SOPs, and oversee front-end operations, ensuring consistent brand standards across the store. Responsibilities include MOD coverage, POS accuracy, loyalty enrollment, and omni-channel fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in retail leadership or store management.
• Proven ability to coach teams and drive sales KPIs.
• Strong customer service and operational skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach store team to follow SOPs and company programs.
• Drive selling behaviors to improve conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide MOD coverage and oversee front-end operations.
• Ensure accurate POS and Self-Checkout usage.
• Oversee in-store programs and events (e.g., balloons, party services).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and MCC/Extend services.
• Drive omni-channel order fulfillment (BOPIS and Same Day Delivery).
• Assist with Custom Framing operations where applicable.
• Train and develop team; ensure asset protection.
