Job summary

The Michaels store in Hillside, IL is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture across the store, overseeing front-end and service operations, and ensuring brand standards and operational expectations are met.

You will coach team members, drive key sales and service KPIs, manage POS and Self-Checkout, support BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, and promote the Loyalty Rewards Program while maintaining SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around store.
• Strong customer-focused coaching and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model SOPs and company programs for compliance.
• Drive sales and customer experience through coaching and leadership.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Promote loyalty programs and protect through best practices.
