• Lead front-end and service operations to ensure selling behaviors and brand standards are met.
• Coach team members to improve customer experience and drive KPIs.
• Provide MOD coverage to maintain floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel order fulfillment (BOPIS / Same Day Delivery).
• Enroll customers in Loyalty Rewards and promote MCC/Extend services.
