You will coach teams on selling behaviors, supervise front-end operations, and support omni-channel initiatives such as BOPIS and same day delivery. The role requires 3+ years of retail leadership and a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws.
• Ensure execution of store policies and standards, holding team accountable for conditions and results.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
