You will oversee front-end and service operations, coach team members on selling behaviors, manage day-to-day execution, and drive KPI results while maintaining brand standards. This role requires flexibility with hours, including nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintaining floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems; support transactions and customer service.
• Oversee Balloons, birthday party operations, and in-store programs and events.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program; drive retention and repeat visits.
• Drive sales and operational excellence in Knit & Sew Shop; oversight of Cut Bar experience.
• Ensure efficient BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through TM onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Support Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
