Job summary

The Michaels Stores Sales Manager leads a high-performing selling culture and drives strong sales results through customer-focused coaching and day-to-day execution. You will oversee front-end and service operations while upholding brand standards and SOPs across the store.

Responsible for MOD coverage, Omni-channel support, loyalty enrollment, and protecting assets, you will also mentor team members and ensure efficient store operations and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure brand standards and operational expectations.
• Coach and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skills training.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems and support smooth transactions.
