Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and SOP adherence to policies and brand standards.
• Coach team to deliver exceptional customer experience and meet KPIs.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership during shifts.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and same-day delivery.
• Oversee in-store programs (loyalty, events, framing) and POS usage.
