Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations to drive selling behaviors and brand standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Coach team on Customer Experience and ART of Selling to improve conversion and satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate and efficient use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Oversee store programs (Loyalty, MCC/Extend services) and omni-channel order fulfillment.
• Train and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
