You will oversee front-end and service operations, ensure brand standards, and coach the team to achieve KPIs. • Minimum 3 years of retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and customer service to drive sales KPIs.
• Coach and develop team through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Oversee SOPs, policies, and compliance with laws.
• Manage POS and Self-Checkout operations.
• Promote loyalty programs and protection plan services.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Oversee balloons, events, and Knit & Sew Shop activities.
• Maintain asset protection and shrink reduction practices.
