• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure consistent selling behaviors, brand standards and operational expectations.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve sales and service KPIs through effective leadership and customer focus.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems and manage customer support.
