Responsibilities include enforcing SOPs, managing POS systems, and supporting in-store programs like loyalty and community events, with coverage as MOD and a focus on omni-channel service delivery.

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintain floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions and support.
• Oversee events and programs including balloons, birthday parties and in-store initiatives.
• Drive loyalty program enrollment and omni-channel service adoption.
• Support Knit & Sew Shop operations and, in select locations, Custom Framing or related services.
