Job summary

Scandinavian Designs - Dania Furniture is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales team in our Reno store. This full-time, hourly, non-exempt role includes responsibilities to drive sales, train staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.

During training you earn $18-$20 per hour; post-training base pay is $14.50 per hour plus uncapped commissions and additional store-wide bonuses. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k, HSA, PTO, tuition assistance, and pet insurance.
