As a Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional service, maximize sales, and support customers during their shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have sales or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and be available to work various shifts.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience encouraged.
• Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies.

Full-time - Hourly/Non-Exempt

Compensation

Training wage: $16.50/hr - $18.00/hr for three months, paid bi-weekly.

Post Training Rate: Continuous base pay of $14.00/hr PLUS uncapped commission!

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service with a consultative approach
• Maximize sales growth in a commission-based environment
• Process sales transactions, schedule deliveries, and handle after-sale service
• Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom
• Become an expert in our products and services through a 3-month training
• Assist with store opening/closing procedures and support warehouse/delivery teams

Who You Are

• 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience encouraged
• Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills
• Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in interior design or consulting is a plus
