Job summary

Scandinavian Designs | Dania Furniture is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers and inspire with furniture and home décor. This role offers an hourly base plus uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth in a visually inspiring showroom.

You will deliver exceptional service, drive sales, process transactions, and coordinate deliveries while maintaining a welcoming space. Training provided; part of a family-oriented team.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills.
• Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; interior design or consulting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with a consultative approach.
• Maximize sales growth in a commission-based environment.
• Process sales transactions, schedule deliveries, and handle after-sale service.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom.
• Become an expert in our products and services through training.

Position: Non-Exempt/Hourly

Job Type: Full-time/Permanent

Training Wage: $17.13/hr - $18/hr for three months! Paid Bi-weekly!

Post Training Wage: Continuous base pay of $17.13/hr PLUS uncapped commission!
