Job summary

Scandinavian Designs - Dania Furniture is seeking a Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales with uncapped commissions. You will help customers, process transactions, schedule deliveries, and support after-sales service while maintaining a welcoming showroom.

Gain product expertise through training and contribute to opening/closing procedures and warehouse support. 6 months to 2+ years in sales or customer service is encouraged; strong communication and flexible

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience encouraged.
• Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills.
• Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in interior design or consulting is a plus.

What You'll Do:

Job Type:

Full-time - Hourly/Non-Exempt

Training wage:

$17.25 - $18.00 / hr for three months. Paid Bi-Weekly!

Post Training:

Continuous base pay of $17.25, PLUS unlimited commission on sales!

• Benefits eligibility depends on scheduled hours.
