Job summary

Scandinavian Designs and Dania Furniture in Bend, OR are seeking a Sales Associate to deliver consultative service and drive sales in a commission-based environment. You will process transactions, schedule deliveries, and help maintain a welcoming showroom.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 2+ years in sales or customer service, with strong communication. Training wage is $16.50–$18.00/hr, followed by a base pay of $15.55/hr plus uncapped commissions.

• 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience encouraged.
• Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills.
• Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

What You\'ll Do:

Who You Are:

• 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience encouraged
• Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills
• Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in interior design or consulting is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Training Wage: $16.50 - $18.00 / hr - paid bi-weekly!

Post Training Wage: Continuous base pay of $15.55/ hr PLUS uncapped commission!
