Job summary

Scandinavian Designs in Lynnwood is seeking a Sales Associate to provide exceptional service, drive sales in a commission-based setting, and manage transactions with a focus on customer satisfaction.

You will learn product lines, assist with deliveries, and keep the showroom inviting, while supporting warehouse and delivery teams in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2+ years of sales or customer service experience encouraged.
• Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills.
• Able to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform assemblies with hand tools.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service with a consultative approach


• Maximize sales growth in a commission-based environment

• Become an expert in our products and services through training


• Assist with store opening/closing procedures and support warehouse/delivery teams

Who You Are:

• 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience encouraged


• Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills


• Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays


• Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies


• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in interior design or consulting is a plus

Training Wage:

$17.13/hr - $18/hr for three months! Paid Bi-weekly!

Post Training Wage:

Continuous base pay of $17.13/hrPLUSuncapped commission on personal sales and special orders!
