Job summary

Scandinavian Designs – Dania Furniture in San Mateo, CA is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a high-energy showroom environment.

You will learn product lines, process transactions, schedule deliveries, and support warehouse teams; 6 months+ sales or retail experience preferred; strong communication and presentation skills required; training wage applies and uncapped commissions available after training.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience encouraged.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in interior design or consulting is a plus.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service with a consultative approach

Who You Are:

• 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience encouraged
• Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills
• Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in interior design or consulting is a plus

Job Type: Full-time - Hourly/Non-Exempt

Training wage: $18.60 - $22.00 / hr for three months. Paid Bi-Weekly!

Post Training: Continuous base pay of $18.60,PLUS unlimited commission on sales!
