Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to contribute to a high-energy retail environment in Sevierville, TN. You will participate in orientation, lead with merchandising tasks, and support the store team in day-to-day operations.

You will gain hands-on experience in guest service, product knowledge, and leadership development while working a flexible schedule and contributing to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, retail, or a related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete Teammate Orientation and Leadership sections of Buckle Management Manual.
• Assist with merchandising and display tasks.
• Support store management in daily operations.
• Provide weekly reports and progress updates to Area Manager and District Manager.
• Develop product knowledge and sales skills and share with teammates.
