Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Management Internship to support store operations and guest experience, including cashiering, merchandising, and routine cleaning.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to learn Buckle’s retail business, develop leadership skills, and contribute to achieving sales goals while delivering legendary service to guests. This internship offers part-time hours with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; no prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Assist guests in locating or obtaining merchandise based on needs.
• Support cashiering, checkout procedures, and bag purchases.
• Maintain current knowledge of promotions, policies, and return/exchange procedures.
• Help with merchandising tasks and product displays to maximize sales.
