Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Bristol, TN is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to support daily store operations and learn the basics of Buckle’s retail management.

You will assist with guest service, merchandising, cashiering, display maintenance and routine store tasks under close supervision of the Store Manager. Education required: currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with no prior experience required; this internship offers exposure to sales, merchandising, recruiting and leadership development

Qualifications

• In pursuit of a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; no prior experience or training necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Assist with cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, and register procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Achieve personal sales-per-hour and contribute to store goals.
• Perform merchandising tasks, price markdowns, and transfers.
• Support Store Manager and Leadership Team with daily operations.
