Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. seeks a Sales and Management Intern to support store operations, sales, merchandising and guest service under the guidance of the Store Manager. This internship provides hands-on exposure to how Buckle’s retail business runs and what it takes to excel in management.

You’ll perform tasks such as cashiering, display and pull work, register procedures and daily store housekeeping while developing leadership and customer service skills in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Interest in retail management and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and register procedures.

• Maintain routine cleaning of facilities and store areas.
