Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to support daily store operations in Chattanooga, TN. You will work closely with the Store Manager to learn Buckle’s retail business and develop management skills through hands-on duties in sales, merchandising and operations.

You will participate in Guest service, product display, POS procedures and routine store tasks, while developing leadership abilities in a real-world retail setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree; no prior experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a part-time, flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sales generation and guest service to provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Support merchandising and visual presentation of merchandise.
• Perform store operations tasks as assigned by management.
