The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to support daily store operations, assist customers, and participate in merchandising and training activities.

You will work closely with the store team to learn Buckle’s retail business and management expectations. Interns gain hands-on experience in sales, guest service, and merchandising while contributing to a positive team environment and store goals.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree; no prior experience required.
• Ability to perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales generation and deliver guest service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, and routine store operations.
• Support store management in daily tasks and training initiatives.
• Learn Buckle's customer service expectations and loss prevention practices.
• Participate in internship duties and provide progress updates to management.
