Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to support store operations, sales, merchandising and guest service. Work closely with the Store Manager to understand Buckle’s retail business and how to excel in management.

Interns will engage in sales generation, guest service, visual merchandising, and operational responsibilities while developing leadership and teamwork skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• In pursuit of a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field.
• No prior experience or training required.
• No visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist in sales, merchandising and store operations as directed by management.
• Support recruiting and training activities for teammates.
• Maintain visual merchandising and product displays to maximize sales.
• Handle POS procedures, cash handling and basic loss prevention tasks.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Buckle's customer service standards.
