Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to help create an exceptional shopping experience for guests. You will perform a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks under store management guidance and collaborate with the Store Manager to understand Buckle’s retail operations.

The internship emphasizes hands-on learning in guest service, product knowledge, and leadership development, with opportunities to contribute to daily store activities and support teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field.
• No prior experience or training necessary for internship eligibility.
• Interest in sales, merchandising and retail operations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service to meet sales and guest-service goals.
• Assist with merchandise display, pulls, and overall store presentation.
• Support cash handling, register procedures and daily Loss Prevention practices.
• Learn Buckle’s customer service expectations and store policies.
• Participate in internship duties including leadership development and reporting.
