Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support and lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced sales environment. You will coach staff, drive customer satisfaction, and promote AT&T products and services through engaging sales activities.

The role offers base pay with commission/bonus, ongoing training, and clear paths to store leadership. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Management experience in retail or similar field is required.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train and develop your skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when the opportunity presents itself.
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
• Work as a team member so together you exceed person and team goals.
• Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize your selling opportunities each day.
