Responsibilities

• Rock Leader on Duty shifts and support Store Leadership in daily operations.
• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty.
• Recruit, train, and celebrate associates to maintain AE service standards.
• Provide real-time coaching and set attainable goals to motivate the team.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing and merchandising moves.
• Uphold store safety, Asset Protection standards, and AE policies.
