American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader on Duty (LOD) to support the Store Leadership Team in Tilton, NH. You will drive sales, lead a team, train associates, and ensure a stellar guest experience in-store.

You’ll coach real-time performance, manage daily operations, maintain brand standards and store safety, and uphold AE’s guest-first culture while recognizing and celebrating achievements. Flexible scheduling and a passion for delivering results are essential.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Motivate and develop associates to meet AE service standards.
• Recruit, hire, and train strong talent to ensure adequate staffing.
• Provide real-time coaching and recognize top performance.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures, including shipments and merchandising.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection policies.
