Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty and maximize in-store productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead and develop the team, track performance, and provide real-time coaching.
• Recruit, hire, and train strong talent to meet business needs.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures, including merchandising moves and shipment processing.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection standards, and adherence to policies.
