PHOENIX Retail, LLC is hiring a Retail Sales Leader for Gonzales Outlets. You will drive floor and stockroom operations, coach associates, ensure outstanding in-store experiences, and partner with management to optimize sales performance.

Responsibilities include staff development, scheduling, merchandise flow, and delivering exceptional customer service. Must have retail experience and be available for nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide in‑the‑moment coaching to store associates for efficient floor operations.
• Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on associate performance.
• Assist in training associates on store operations, product, policy and procedures.
• Execute daily store operations and ensure appropriate associate coverage.
• Oversee checkout experience and merchandise flow in the store.
• Analyze customer service quality and maintain a positive customer experience.
