Job summary

AEO is seeking a full-time Sales Leader in San Diego to support the Store Leadership Team with Leader on Duty shifts and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will train, motivate and celebrate associates, drive sales, and uphold Brand Standards across visual and operational routines.

You will recruit and develop talent, coach performance in real time, and ensure store safety and Asset Protection compliance while maintaining a Guest First culture and strong KPI results.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.

• Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures including shipments and merchandising.
