Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team. You will rock Leader on Duty shifts, manage daily store operations, and drive exceptional guest experiences while training and motivating associates to deliver strong sales results.

You will lead by example, uphold AEO service standards on the salesfloor and in the fitting room, recruit and develop talent, and coach teams to meet KPI goals. AEO’s brand values guide every action and interaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty.
• Lead, coach and develop associates to meet service standards.
• Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure staffing needs.
• Set goals and provide real-time coaching to improve KPI results.
• Execute visual and operational standards including shipments and merchandising.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection compliance.
