American Eagle is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team in driving stellar guest experiences and strong sales. You will lead Leader on Duty shifts, train associates, and ensure daily operations align with AE Brand Standards.

You’ll recruit and develop talent, coach performance, and maximize KPI results while maintaining a Guest First culture. This role requires a flexible schedule in a dynamic retail environment.
