Job summary

AEO is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team by rocking LOD shifts and delivering a stellar guest experience. You’ll handle daily operations, train and celebrate associates, and drive strong sales while living our values.

As a people leader, you’ll recruit and develop talent, coach in real time, ensure visual standards, and maintain store safety and asset protection. This role requires flexible availability and a passion for guest-first service at our Northshore
