PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for West Towne Mall in Madison to drive store operations on the floor and in the stockroom while coaching associates and delivering a great in-store shopping experience.

The Sales Leader will train associates, maximize sales potential, and collaborate with Store Management to ensure top-tier customer service and seamless daily operations across merchandising, checkout, and omni-channel activities.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent
• 1 year of retail experience preferred
• Proficient with iPad and registers
• Available to work nights, weekends and non-business hours
• Ability to meet physical requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales
• Provide in-the-moment coaching for floor operations and customer service
• Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on performance
• Train associates on store operations, product, policy and procedures
• Execute daily store operations
• Oversee checkout experience
• Assist with merchandise flow and omni-channel operations
• Monitor and analyze customer service by team members
• Create effective schedules
• Promote an environment focused on great in-store experiences
• Resolve customer service issues to a positive outcome
• Lead and model our customer experience standards
• Support product launches and visual presentation standards
