Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for the Brookfield Center Express store. You will lead and coach a team to maximize sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and oversee daily store operations.

You will partner with management to deliver a seamless in-store and omni-channel experience. The role requires retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask during busy shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication with customers, peers and supervisors.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customers and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching and training for store operations and customer service.
• Oversee checkout experience and ensure a great customer experience.
• Support merchandise flow, shipments, replenishment, and omni-channel operations.
• Build effective schedules and ensure proper associate coverage.
• Model and lead the Express customer experience standards.
