PHOENIX is seeking a Retail Sales Leader to join our Express team at Willow Grove Mall, PA. This role drives floor and stockroom operations, supports training, and delivers a premier in-store shopping experience for customers.

You will lead scheduling, merchandise flow, and cross-team collaboration to meet sales goals and maintain brand standards across product launches, window changes, and visual presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers).
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive store floor and stockroom operations.
• Coach and train associates to maximize sales and service.
• Collaborate with Store Management to provide performance feedback.
• Train on store operations, product knowledge, policies and procedures.
• Execute action plans to optimize results and daily operations.
• Ensure appropriate associate coverage for a great customer experience.
• Oversee checkout experience and merchandise flow, including replenishment.
