• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and company programs adherence.

• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs/events (Balloons, loyalty, protection plans) and the Knit & Sew Shop operations.
• Drive omnichannel service like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members through structured onboarding.
