American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader in Atlantic City, NJ. You will support the Store Leadership Team, lead LOD shifts, and ensure an exceptional guest experience while managing daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing store productivity and guest loyalty.
• Inspire and motivate team through AEO's core values; model service standards.
• Recruit, hire and develop associates to ensure adequate staffing and growth.
• Set clear goals, provide real-time coaching, and recognize top performance.
• Execute daily visual and operational standards, including shipments and merchandising.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards in line with policies.
