You will handle daily store operations as needed, train and celebrate associates, and push for strong sales results while living our values. You’ll recruit and develop talent, ensure service standards, and foster teamwork to maximize business opportunities and KPI performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty with a best-in-class in-store experience.
• Lead and motivate the team by upholding AEO service standards on the Salesfloor and in the fitting room.
• Recruit, train, and develop associates to maintain staffing aligned to business needs.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and foster teamwork to achieve KPIs and store goals.
• Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing and merchandising moves to keep the store guest-ready.
