AEO is seeking a full-time Sales Leader (LOD) to support the Store Leadership Team, drive guest experience, and oversee daily store operations. You will train, motivate and celebrate associates while delivering strong sales results and upholding our Brand Standards.

You’ll lead by example, manage visual/operational procedures, ensure safety and asset protection, and foster a Guest First culture in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership and team management experience preferred.
