Job summary

AEO is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team in Myrtle Beach. You will lead Leader on Duty shifts, maximize guest experience, and train associates to deliver outstanding service while upholding Brand Standards.

You will coach and develop teams, manage daily operations, and ensure visual and merchandising excellence. The role emphasizes accountability, integrity, and a guest-first culture, with opportunities to advance within AE and Aerie.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and guest loyalty.

• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to keep team engaged.
• Execute visual and operational procedures including shipments, merchandising moves and standards.
