Kirkland’s in Clearwater seeks a Sales Leader to drive customer-focused selling with strong product knowledge and visual merchandising. You’ll work with the Store Manager to implement business plans and guide the team in delivering exceptional in-store experiences.

You will lead by example, coach staff, and ensure brand standards while managing operations, inventory, and promotions. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in retail or service industries.
• Strong communication and customer selling skills are required.
• Energetic, results-oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be able to handle cash and follow company policies.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and supports customer selling in store and online experiences.
• Cultivates a customer-obsessed culture focusing on greeting, re-engaging, educating, and thanking customers.
• Guides role modeling and ensures adherence to store policies and procedures.
• Assists with opening/closing, supervision, and MOD duties.
• Maintains organized stockroom, merchandise presentation, and inventory accuracy.
